Unwind and get creative through mindful art journaling— a fun, meditative practice that allows you let go of results and enjoy the journey.
In this class, we’ll be inspired by nature. Learn to mix and layer beautiful watercolor paints with simple ink drawings of plants and flowers. Throughout the process, we’ll practice mindful awareness of our breath, bodies, and thoughts. All supplies are provided. No experience is necessary.
