Explore ways to quantify the value of your skills in the marketplace and develop strategies to close your gap. \n\n\n\nWhether you are looking to make close the gap in your current role\, position yourself for a promotion\, or negotiate a new job offer\, this workshop will help provide tools and feedback on gaining equitable compensation in the workplace.\n\n \n\n\n\nAbout the Facilitator\n\nSonja Neiger's life work is to close the leadership and pay gap for women at work. To address the leadership gap\, she is the Regional Director for reacHIRE\, a Boston-based company that helps professional women who have taken a career break re-enter the workforce with leading companies. \n\n \n\nSonja has an undergraduate business degree in Human Resources and a Master's degree in Gendered Learning and Leading. She is a certified Business Coach and skilled facilitator who provides educational workshops and individual coaching on salary and job negotiations. She currently serves on the Advisory Board for NC State's Women's Center and Women & Gender Studies major and the Giving Tree's Advisory Board\, a Wake Forest non-profit dedicated to school fundraising. \n\n\n\nEvent is sponsored by Wells Fargo Advisors\, LLC:\n\nMikki A.
