Be sure to mark your calendars for our Sparkle Campaign Event - The Paddle Party For Pink! 100% of the proceeds from this Quarter Auction Event will go to benefit The Pretty In Pink Foundation. The Pretty In Pink Foundation is a non-profit organization that offers financial assistance to uninsured and underinsured people diagnosed with breast cancer. People with little or no insurance may struggle to afford the care they need as quickly as necessary and this foundation strives to offer the means to help. We hope that you will join us for an evening full of fun and flying quarters. Not only does this event benefit a fabulous cause, it also affords you the opportunity to win some amazing pieces of AZULI SKYE jewelry for mere quarters! What better way to get some of your holiday shopping done early and for a fraction of our retail prices. We will have 60 gorgeous pieces to auction off. Come early to view the items on the auction block! To attend this event you will need to purchase either the Regular Admission or All In Pass. We only have 100 spots available, so be sure to submit your registration and payment right away! Snacks and beverages are provided with both passes. How Does A Paddle Party / Quarter Auction Work? How do you know what you?re bidding on? There will be 60 items available for auction, each priced between 1 and 4 quarters. Our doors will open at 5:30pm and that will give you up to an hour to view the jewelry before bidding begins. How does bidding work? At 7:00pm the auction will begin. When an item comes up for bid, you will get a description of the item as well as the price in quarters. Once this has been described, all guests who want to place a bid on the item will raise their paddle and put the corresponding number of quarters into the bidding container in front of them. How do we know who wins? Once everyone has placed their bid, a number will be drawn from our bucket and a paddle number will be called out. If the number called matches the paddle of someone who has bid on the item, it is the bidder?s responsibility to call out that they have the winning number. If the bidder with the matching number did not bid on that item then we will continue to call a number until a winner is found. To keep the auction moving, it is good for non-bidders to call "No Bid" if their number is drawn but they did not bid the quarters. If you purchased an "All-In" Pass then your paddle number will automatically be placed in every drawing and you will not need to place the quarter bid. What happens to my quarters if I don't win? If you don't win, your quarters are still collected and they will become part of our Sparkle Campaign donation to The Pretty In Pink Foundation!
