Walt Brown is a Full Time Implementer of Traction.
 
He has graduated 54 teams from his program and currently serves 19 active clients who are working their way to mastery and graduation.
 
Walt's life before Traction. Walt's friends describe him as a "seasoned multi-company entrepreneur". After 4 audit seasons as a CPA with EY, Walt founded his first company in 1986 that morphed to a .com, grew three more companies on top of this platform and then sold all four in 2006. He has focused on Traction since 2007. 
 
Walt believes in Freedom. He explains: "I believe in Freedom, the kind of freedom that comes when owners and leadership teams have the Guts to take their organizations from good to Great.  When they are Great, they create Freedom for all around them, their teams, associates, employees, customers, vendors..."
