In our classes, we educate on what essential oils are, how they are made, how to use them and also the many uses for specific oils according to the topic(s) selected to focus the class. We give class members the opportunity to try the oils putting them on themselves topically and aromatically as they desire. Our goal is to provide people knowledge of the natural resources available for helping maintain a healthy lifestyle.
