New Hope Valley Railway Brew & Choo

Description

Spend a pleasant evening at the railroad and enjoy some local beer and/or wine as well.  Take a soothing train ride through the woods.  Back at the depot local musical groups "RPM" and "Last Band Standing" will provide music throughout the evening.  Beer will be available from "Carolina Brewery" and wine from "Rag Apple Lassie" will be on hand too.  "County Line Sweets" will have their food truck with us, and "Bruster's Real Ice Cream" of Apex will be there as well.
Trains will depart the Bonsal Depot at 4:00pm, 5:00pm, 6:00pm, and 7:00pm.  Visitors should arrive at least one half hour (30 minutes) before the departure time of the train they wish to ride to allow time to pick up tickets and board the train.

The facilities at Bonsal include the train along with our outdoor display of historic and heritage railroad equipment, operating G-Gauge model railroad, gift shop, food trucks, and perhaps a few other pleasant surprises.
