Power Tools for Communicating and Listening
Power Tools will explore listening on multiple levels offering participants a fundamental sampling of deep listening, the only way to listen.
Participants will be introduced to a model for listening that will offer insight into the subtle communication dynamics that exists between people. The model teaches the skills necessary to listen to these dynamics for immediate use for both personal and business interactions.
You will become a better listener for your customers and colleagues.
