We will have two speakers this month, Dr. Michalina Kupsik who will focus on Breast Cancer Awareness and Alicia Dosh-Eller, who will focus on Mindfullness and Work-Life Balance. Alicia is a Health Education Specialist with a Master of Public Health Degree. She has worked in the field of health promotion since 2009 and joined the Corporate & Community Health team at WakeMed in 2019. She is a certified Mental Health First Aid instructor and is currently pursuing her yoga teacher certification. She enjoys teaching a variety of wellness classes, including sleep health, stress management, mindfulness & meditation. Alicia lives in Clayton with her husband, children, and pets.
