Customer Service Representative – Outbound Satisfaction Calls
Are you a “people” person who loves creating positive experiences over the phone? We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team and play a key role in ensuring our customers are satisfied with the services we provide.
Position Type: Full-Time
Location: Apex, NC
Compensation: Competitive hourly rate $19+/hour + great benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-5 with 60 minutes for lunch
What You’ll Do:
- Make outbound calls to recent customers to check in on their experience
- Ask a series of brief questions to gauge satisfaction and gather feedback
- Document responses and flag any issues that need follow-up
- Represent our brand with professionalism, positivity, and care
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
- Comfortable speaking on the phone for extended periods
- Friendly, empathetic, and customer-focused attitude
- Previous customer service or call center experience a plus, but not required
- Ability to work independently and meet call goals
