Matt Chambers is Vice President of Project Development at Clancy & Theys, focused on client success and strategic planning across all divisions, with a primary focus on the Triangle market. Raised in Eastern NC, he brings over 25 years of industry experience spanning subcontracting, construction management, operations, business development, safety, marketing, and diversity. Known for building strong relationships, Matt is deeply involved in the community. He serves on the Urban Land Institute’s Carolinas Planning Committee, and the Wake County Economic Development Board. He also represents the Carolinas AGC as Chair of the Building Division and on the AIA/CAGC Joint Committee, helping improve state construction practices. Outside of work, Matt enjoys time with family and cheering on the NC State Wolfpack.
