Sage Crossing is thrilled to announce the launch of our pilot program this November at Apex Methodist Church!
We’ll be offering respite services for individuals living with dementia every Wednesday and Friday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Our mission is to create meaningful days through intergenerational connections, nature-based experiences, and community projects. We believe aging should be filled with dignity, purpose, and joy. We’re also committed to educating our community about brain change to foster a more inclusive and compassionate approach to supporting seniors
