In collaboration with Elk Local Foods and presented by Fig & Forage:
Ring in the new year with a platter of your own creation containing some of the most delicious local finger foods you can find. Kelly Cain, founder of Fig + Forage is an expert in charcuterie composition and creation and she will be showing all of her tips and tricks for this New Year’s Eve workshop. You’ll be able to take your handmade board with you when you leave, either home for your own personal celebration, or to whatever New Year’s Eve celebration you might attend to share with everyone around you!
Kelly is collaborating with Lora Neel, owner of specialty grocery ELK Local Foods, to source the best local ingredients and accoutrements she can find. They’ll pair deliciously together for you while showcasing some beautiful NC products for you to discover. Join us this New Year’s Eve for this unique, memorable and delicious charcuterie experience!
